About Us
Kapei means "Unity, All of Us, Together"
Kapei Foundation is an NGO based in the Karamoja region in Uganda that supports families to educate their children and create a conducive environment for communities to succeed. We believe that opportunity and resilience are possible in these difficult conditions by focusing on proven strategies to improve wellbeing.
As a small, focused organization, working on the ground directly with people living in extreme poverty, Kapei is uniquely suited to achieve the goal of improving the lives of people in Karamoja. Donations go directly to help disadvantaged children, families, and communities.
